2) Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and verification. Prices shown are final and inclusive of all applicable taxes.

• 💳 Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all Egyptian regions.
• 💰 Currency: All prices are displayed in EGP (Egyptian Pounds).

3) Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from the UAE via air shipping and delivered within 5 business days from the order date (official holidays not included).

4) Returns & Refunds

Customers can return or exchange a product within 14 days of delivery (30 days if the product is defective: a manufacturing defect, a wrong item or not as described), if it is unused and complete in its original packaging. Return without a defect: the pickup cost of your governorate (courier price) is deducted from the amount returned to your wallet — e.g. a 1,000 EGP item with a 100 EGP pickup returns 900 EGP; the original shipping is not refunded. Exchange without a defect: the pickup cost is added to the cash on delivery of the replacement, with any price difference. Defective product: we pay the pickup and the amount is returned in full. We recommend telling us within 24 hours of delivery — this is not a condition.
