Shipping Policy

1) Shipping Methods

We buy our products from brand stores and outlets in the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom during the major sale seasons, and keep them in our warehouses there all year round so that we hold on to the sale prices. From there they come by air freight to our warehouses in Egypt.
Your order is checked, packed and handed to the courier from our warehouse in Egypt, and delivered to your door.

• 📦 Secure Packaging: Every product is carefully checked and packed before dispatch.

2) Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 5 business days from the order date (official holidays not included).
You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp notification once your order is shipped.

3) Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are clearly shown during checkout.
Free shipping may be available for promotional offers or bulk orders.

• 💸 Standard Air Shipping: 5% of the products’ value — at least 120 EGP and at most 300 EGP — the same in every governorate.
• ✅ No other fees: you pay the products + shipping only, whatever the payment method (cash on delivery or online).
• 🎁 Free Shipping: available during active offers and special events.

4) Tracking & Order Updates

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.
You can check delivery progress directly through our courier partner’s tracking system.
